Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki asks international donors for 32 billion shillings ($406 million) to buy emergency food for almost a third of Kenya's population facing the risk of hunger in Nairobi, Kenya on Friday, Jan. 16, 2009. Diplomats, however, have asked the government to tackle corruption in the agriculture sector.
