It follows her public humiliation in 2010 when it emerged Woods had had a string of affairs and their marriage sensationally broke down.
She will move into the property with the couple's two children Sam, 5, and Charlie, 3.
In recent weeks contradictory reports have emerged about the relationship between Nordegren and her ex-husband.
Earlier this month it was rumored the pair were reconciling with reports Woods had even asked his ex-wife to remarry him over the holidays.

If she is indeed still enjoying her freedom, single Nordegren could do no better than moving into the exclusive home , featured on a local real estate blog.
It comes with its own wine room and movie theater and will also house an Olympic-sized swimming pool, waterfalls, Koi pond, spa, gym, when it is completed.

The former nanny was criticized for destroying the property but she insisted it would have taken too much work to restore the home which was not hurricane proof and infested with bugs.
Woods has a new home about 30 miles away in Jupiter that until his multiple affairs ended his marriage was going to be the family home.
Stockholm-born Nordegren is said to be enrolled part-time as a student at Rollins College in Winter Park, where she is studying psychology.
The pictures of the property were featured on the blog of Jeff Lichtenstein, a local realtor specializing in luxury Palm Beach homes and Delray Beach estates
'Our guess it that architecturally it will be contemporary in style. Curiosity abounds in the community as to why she is building such a large home for just her small family, as she spends much of the year overseas in her native land of Sweden,' the local expert wrote.
