Libyan President Moamer Kadhafi tosses a book towards Asha-Rose Migiro (L), United Nations Deputy Secretary General and Ali Abdussalam Treki (R), President of the General Assembly during his speech in the United Nations General Assembly at UN headquarters in New York. Kadhafi berated Western powers Wednesday in a UN diatribe, accusing the global body of failing to prevent millions of deaths.
