Tiger Woods unleashes his inner party animal as he 'falls over and embarrasses girlfriend Lindsey Vonn' at Met Gala after party

Wild thing: Tiger Woods was a little worse for wear as he partied at the Met Gala after party on Monday night in New York CityAfter being prim and proper at the Met Gala on Monday night, Tiger Woods unleashed his inner party animal at the after party.

The superstar golfer attended the star-studded after-party at the Boom Boom Room on top of the Standard Hotel and really enjoyed the complimentary drinks.

The 37-year-old is said to have had too much to drink at the event and left his girlfriend Lindsey Vonn embarrassed and angry at his drunken behaviour.

Tiger reportedly 'looked uncomfortable' as his 28-year-old girlfriend led him through the roof top party.
After indulging in some very public displays of affection, Us Weekly said that Tiger grabbed Vonn's derriere.
Although she laughed off the physical sign of endearment she was not as amused when the professional golfer tumbled up a flight of stairs.

The couple are said to have left the party at around 2am when Woods stumbled up the stairs and fell over.
Luckily, Lindsey was on hand to pick her man up and she dragged him out of the party to their waiting car outside.
Earlier in the evening Tiger looked a little worse for wear as he hit the dance floor with male model Tyson Beckford.

The two stars looked to be having a ball as the danced frantically to the music with their arms around each other.
Earlier in the evening Woods had been on his best behaviour as he sat opposite Tom Ford at the Chaos To Couture exhibition and dinner at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
An array of stars from the world of film, music, modelling and sports attended the prestigious event in their best outfits.

Superstar singer Beyoncé rubbed shoulders with Gwen Stefani and her husband Gavin Rossdale as the mammoths of music bumped into each other.

Beyoncé split opinion in her Givenchy gown teamed with matching thigh-high boots and gloves, while Gwen looked lovely in a midriff baring black and white two piece.

Fashion designer Tom Ford also attended and looked slick in his own tuxedo as he chatted to newly blonde Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt.

The star studded cast of party-goers saw one hit wonder PSY being chatted to enthusiastically by model Karolina Kurkova.

Star Trek star Zachary Quinto sported a blue quiff as he sat next to Downton Abbey actress Laura Carmichael, while fashion's most famous critic Anna Wintour looked diminutive in a floral dress.

While many of the male attendees stuck to the tried and tested black tuxedo, the women were doing their best to steal the limelight.

British model Cara Delevingne wore a plunging black gown while singer Florence Welch showed off her artistic temperament in a tasseled dress.

Paloma Faith wore an interesting sequin dress that showed off her hourglass figure as Taylor Swift pulled of a very ladylike dress.

Nicki Minaj was dressed surprisingly low key with her blonde hair standing out against her blonde dress, but Kelly Osbourne did her best to be noticed as she pulled funny faces for the camera.

Model Jourdan Dunn vamped it up with heavy dark make-up and a part sheer dress as Nicole Richie opposed her in a white dress with her grey hair being the talk of the party.

The always stylish designer Valentino Garavani looked his usual sharp self in a black tuxedo and he accessorised perfectly with Gwyneth Paltrow on his arm.
