'She's been having personal-training sessions since the summer, but stepped things up before Christmas, doing everything from running to sit-ups. She works out at least three times a week - it's been exhausting, but she feels more confident than ever.'

Kym and Jamie were granted a 'quickie divorce' on Friday, when their 16-month marriage was legally dissolved in less than one minute at 10.50am.
The couple started dating in July 2008, before tying the knot in September 2012. But they suffered heartbreak with their first child, son Archie, died moments after his birth after coming into the world 18 weeks prematurely in February 2009.
After splitting in October 2013 amid allegations of cheating on her part, Kym filed for divorce later that month, citing Jamie's 'unreasonable behaviour'.
